Fear the killing fear youcome unwanted

bad things much larger than they actually r.

Why do we fear ? we are too accustomed to our present situation and habitis that any thought of changingthem or anychange in our dear ones cannot be toleratd by us. so we fear a lot. Healthy fear is good it makes us plan for our future and keep us disciplined in many things,. but when it crosses all limits it becomes, unhalthy. and tht is dangerous.which is called a disease or phobia. Indecison crystalizes into doubts the two belnd and become fear. If you see a tiger andfear thatisfear. but you dont see a tiger and still freightened then it is anxiety. healthyfear make youcautious and you plan. but unhealthy fear makes you paralyzed and drain your +ve energy.
Lack of faith also leads to fear. To work on fear we should 1st know its origin ,nature, and the place of abode.
There are 6 basic fears. Fear of poverty, criticism, illhealth, loss of love of someone, oldage, and fear of death. It is nothing more thanthestate of mind. and it is subjectot control. If we work o n it evry human being can control his own mind. A state of mind is somthing that one assumes. It is created Fear paralyses and destroys faculty of imagination, creativity kills self reliancne undermines enthusiasm, leads to uncertainty of purpose encourages procrastination self/ control becmoes impossibility somepeople just creates and imagine worst situations for them and their fear. Heart beats rises , palpitaionand body becomes a chemical lab. It destroys the possibility of accurate thinking, will power becmoes zero. leads to sleeplessness and misery and unhappiness.
How to fight. cross examine yourself you know more about youself.Be impartial in self examination. If asked people say " I fear nothing" few people realize that they are handicapped spritualy, enmotionly& one may spend whole life without knowing its presence. only a self analysis will help us to detect this unique enemy.
Worrying habit, in ability to take a firm decison, lack of self conscious ,over cautious the habit of looking for . side of everything always.
Fear of ill health breakdown natural body resisitence and creates favourable condition for any form of disease one can imagine . make susceptable for that,. Fear of losing love or loved ones is the most painful one. It plays havoc with the body and mind,. than any other fear. Jealousy possessiveness suspecion, fault finding et etc are the symptoms. Whip the fear of poverty by taking a decison oto get along with whatever we can accumulate.and to accpet whateveron the way tomcome.

fear of old age tellyourself andfeel thatyour always young. fear of losing loved one. no one iseternal. dont Binding is an illusiion we aall r gods children we have to pray God to keepeeryone in tact.

The seed of fear of illhealth lives in every human mind, worry fear discouragement disappointment in love and business caue the seed tio germinate and grow in your mind.. so wehve nip it in the bud. before itcreates problem and becmoes a tree we hve to wipe itout. by installing faith faith in god faith in our own self etc. wehve to force ourmind to think +vely and neveraloow any fear crating thughts enter yourmind. we hve to free ourselves from the clutches of the fear.we have to read brave peoples history, how they survived odd situations. . How people wihout money health , have survided and marked their names in thepages of history How people with just mind powerlived years under stressed situations. when weread we will come to know we fearunnecessrily. we fear or not wht is on the wway to come will come anyway. then why fear and drain our +ve energy. fearless tomorrow is impossible we need littlefear to makeus more courageous. but fearfull tomorrow we dontwant.
